Everyone that keeps telling Jitters to ravish them or tries to ravish him in some way, shape, or form. Drop it, cause I got this one guys~ See you in the morning.

Hi, I’m Hisari the Minx and I’m a friend of Jitterbug Jive. I spent the last two nights hanging out with him at his place. During this time I learned a lot about what all he does in dealing with Tumblr and his popularity. Seeing this, I feel the need to point some things out to everyone.

As I said, I’m a friend of Jitters. He has alot of “friends” though. A lot of people who try to talk to him or have him on Skype and are therefore close pals with him because of such. But that’s not true. So many people are constantly harassing him and trying to get close to him. It’s a rather stressful thing for him.

In fact, more than half of his Skype are people Jitters wasn’t even sure who they were cause they change names constantly, but removing them could upset people and it causes a lot of drama to do so.

One person in particular, left unnamed, was bothering him and other mods with Tumblrs related to Discord Whooves and it is quite a problem. He constantly pesters them for art and brags about his own Tumblr, but he’s nothing but a reblogger who tries to get in with the more well known artists. He has more than worn his welcome and Jitters was looking to drop the relationship with him without the drama he is inevitably going to try and start.

While it isn’t always that bad, this is the case more often than should be. People trying to mooch off of Jitters and Co.’s fame. And it was really annoying to see them do so. He puts more work than you know into what he does. I got a good look at it all and was astounded by it all. It was quite amazing.

Oh, and for those wondering why I  am allowed into Jitter’s circle of friends, let me tell you how we met and why he’s trusted me this far into his life. I’d been following him for quite a while when, through the grapevine, I heard he needed some help with a life problem. I was surprised he lived in the area and was quick to help. This happened a few times actually. I’m sure the first time or two that he was suspicious of my intentions. I could have been trying to weasel my way into his friends like some others, but I wasn’t. He realized that and after talking some we realized how much we had in common. So after corresponding for a while. I was invited over for the first time this week and here we are.

The point of this story is that Jitters and I aren’t just Tumblr buddies who get along ok. We’re actual friends that have a lot of common interests. I don’t pester him constantly. I respect that he is usually busy with things and that we can’t always talk. I also don’t harass him for art or advice like a lot of people do. (You’d be surprised how many people come to him for the strangest advice).

Finally, the other point of this post doesn’t just correspond with Jitters. This applies to all Tumblr “famous” people. Slugbox, Little Miss Jay, John Joseco, Kevin Sano, etc. Don’t always bother them to talk to you or constantly send things to their inbox that don’t need to be sent (especially if its closed, the submit button isn’t there to circumvent a closed ask box!) Just leave them be and casually talk to them in their streams if you can do so.

Go and commission this girl. She’s very, very sweet, friendly, and does a good job. I’m actually quite fond of her plain sketches, but she does full shaded colorings as well that are beautiful.

Would anyone be interesting in Perler Bead commissions? Something like what’s pictured, but better of course seeing as I did that when I was a kid.

You give me any sprite of reasonable size, and I make you perler art out of it. Would anyone be interested in that? Have to check other shipping prices as well, but a quick look shows me that making it within 58x58, I could do like six dollars a piece. I’ll look into larger ones if anyone is interested of course. 58x58 IS rather small, but that’s what fits in a standard large envelope by Postal Service standards.
